The time is finally here. The time when we’ll have an amazing brewery close enough to our homes where we we can even walk to. Stone Brewing Company Liberty Station will be opening their doors on May 15th. Now I won’t have to driving 40 minutes to enjoy a delicious Stone Smoked Porter, while relaxing in a Whiskey Barrel Chair that the beer actually came from – that I made! 🙂
It has been just over a year since I started working with this great brewery. With three of their locations under my belt so far (Stone Brewing Co. Escondido, Oceanside and Stone Farm) and next week Liberty Station, I feel very privileged to work such incredible company. I dropped off 10 Whiskey Barrel Chairs yesterday and I already have an order of 10 more.
Stone Brewing Company at Liberty Station is going to be huge. While I was dropping of the chairs I had the chance to walk around and explore little. The main restaurant design looks wonderful. Even with a high ceiling and giant stones around, the room feels warm and cozy. The bar has these great glass top tables that have a little stream running through underneath. Very unique. There is also Bocce Ball courtyard which will be very fun for everyone who likes to have a drink and play games with their friends. Speaking of fun, wait until see the bathrooms. I guarantee you’ll do a double take right when you enter! The weird thing was, the entire place wasn’t even complete yet. There were still fork lifts and men setting in these gigantic boulders in the main outdoor section. Can’t wait to fill up that part with chairs and tables. I also heard something about a movie theater! I would love to talk more about Stone Brewing Company Liberty Station however I don’t want to spoil any other surprises.
The bottom line is, this place will be far more than just your average brewery and restaurant. With all these amenities you and your friends will be entertained for hours and you wont want to leave. I encourage you to go check it out and drink a beer in our chairs.
